“Warning! Your DW Store theme license is inactive"

In Woocommerce setting I see a message, “Warning! Your DW Store theme license is inactive, which means you’re missing out on updates and support! activate your license or get license key here.”
When I click on activate your license the page refreshes to a blank page with their ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”showing”.
How do I activate my license so this message no longer appears???
Oh. In your site, in my account I have added the URL to the license.
