What are the QuickStart files for? Documentation?

I just purchased Argo and it came with a QuickStart folder which contains all the WP files. I’m a little confused, what are these files used for and are they required? Or can I simply install the theme only.

On a side note, is there any documentation with this theme?

Right now, our document has been updating, we will release as soon as possible. However, you can visit the site that you found, that is an answer for your question.
