A customer tried to send me a question and DW Q&A had a message that said he needed to send me an email and it didn’t accept emails. Also, the question page lists all of the pages on my site like a site map, including pages I don’t want seen by the public. Any ideas?
To enter the email that is sent to Administrator when have new question on your site, You can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Settings > Notification.
Here, you look at the ” New Question Notification” email at the top of the screen and adjust the parameters as your need.
