Why does clicking on category, which selects only the news/articles in that category, hide Feature 1 and 2 (carousels) and how to change that?

To display feature 1 and 2 in category page, please following my instruction here:
1. Open file Archive.php in your site > wp-content > themes > your theme > archive.php
2. Add following code to line 3

 <?php do_action('top-content'); ?>
