Why were there two packages? I am getting an error saying the stylesheet is missing when I install the "Quick start". Who should I report to?

When I installed the “Quick_start” package, there is an error, but when I installed the theme, it went through, but I do not see the slider and the home page setup. Do I need to add the slides in the dashboard myself?

Here you can find an instruction how to install the “Quick start”:

In summary: The “Quick start” you can’t install through wordpress. You have to copy the files in that “Quick start” folder to your webserver.
