Hi – How can I add the item number to the customer’s order processing email?   It is in the new order placed email.   Why isn’t it included by default?  I can’t think of ever buying something online without the item number being in the email.

Thank you, Dominic, but that does not address my challenge.  When the “your order receipt” email is sent to the customer it includes only the item name and description.   The “New customer order” email that I receive includes the item number in parenthesis after the item name.  I would like that to appear in the “your order receipt” email.   I did not see a reference to that on the link provided.  Thank you.
