How to filter questions view based on country?

Say I am in Singapore. When I view the questions page, by default I only want to see questions that has the Singapore keyword.
If I am in USA, by default, I only want to see questions that has the USA keyword.
And of course I can still find any other questions.
Is it possible? If so, how do I do that?

Unfortunately, we have to say that our plugin cannot do anything with your situation for the time being. We’ll definitely consider your issue and try to help in near future.
