1. Order the services
Choose the services that you want our geniuses to help you with. If you have a specific question, simply send us an inquiry and we’d love to elaborate until you have confidence in the fact you can trust us.
2. We will stand beside you
Our geniuses will complete the job within the agreed turnaround time, and continue working on the agreed upon number of revisions, because work more than likely will have to be revised until it’s perfect.
3. Approve job
Once you're happy with the work, just approve of the job; then our geniuses will deliver all of the content so that all you have to do is sit back and appreciate it. It almost sounds too easy, but trust us, it isn't.
Terms & Conditions
As concisely as possible, just a few rules we have to follow, so that everyones happy!
Payment
100% advance payment is required for all fixed priced services.
50% advanced payment is required to begin customized service work, remaining 50% to be paid on demo / completion of the custom work and user satisfaction.
Revisions
Revisions are complimentary for fixed price services. Any major revision outside of the original terms of service may incur additional charges.
Depending on the service type, each has their own set number of revisions.
Refund
Fixed pricing services are not refundable.
100% refund of advance amount if the project is cancelled by us.
20% of advance amount if the project cancelled by customer, with option to use the remaining 30% (non-refundable) for other services within 6 months.
Support
30 days of support via Email, Skype, and our support forum after project done.
