My thumbnails are not working properly for the Tabs Widget

I think you have confused with the using widget for the “Tabs Widget” .To resolve this problem, you can use two the widgets
– DW Focus: Featured News
-DW Focus: Popular News

Actually, no I have not. I have used it has specified. However, medium size thumbnail is not rendering properly. It is producing a full size blurry image.

Also, I did not get notification that answer had posted and the delay time of response is making it hard for me to find a solution.
