I’ve been trying to post an Answer to a Question but if it’s more then like exactly 10 words then it just submits while wiping the form field and you’re back at ground zero. For the life of me, I cannot figure it out. Would really appreciate some help because this is causing a lot of issues for our organization.
I have checked your site in the Today and see that the issue come from another plugin, in this case, you should disable all the plugin to check this issue. We have checked on our demo and the plugin works fine.
I just disabled all the plugins and changed the theme. Still unable to post… I don’t like doing it, but if you need to test the same quickly then feel free to do so. Thanks for helping me out!
Please send me your FTP for further checking. I have checked and see that the plugin still works fine in the 4 months ago, you can let me know if you have any change or configured in this near time. Do you remember that?
Also, I have to remove the pro version on your site in the Today to upload a new pro plugin to your site but I can not upload the new plugin to your site and I have installed the Free version to help the user can submit the question in the waiting time for the pro version.
I will help you install the pro version and check the issue when I get the FTP account. Sorry about that.
I setup a /dev instances so we can more easily test on that. I’m pretty sure it was just the pro upgrade that did it and they never told me it wasn’t working after I updated. I haven’t done any site updates in last few months so very confusing. I even turned to a different theme yesterday which makes even more confusing.

I have checked your site and see that it’s the configure of the hosting, I think you have limited the site to submit, you should contact the author of hosting to checking this issue.
No idea though on the setting it could be?
Is there a specific setting that I highlight or do I just say “limited the site to submit”? Hoping to not have to go back and forth trying to explain something and get charged by them for it. Thanks!
Whoops.
