Appearance --> Editor does not save when plugin enables

When the DW plugin is enabled the Appearance –> Editor will not save

If there a way I can see why my theme editor is timing out, a log file I can pull from the site. The plugin works fine, its just when its enabled I am unable to update some of my theme files as the editor times out. Suspect some conflict or hook the plugin implements that is causing it. I’d be happy to logon to the shell and pull logs, debug info if you had any ideas
