Direct messaging question

We have the free version and it looks like you can do private messages with another user. In the pro version, is it possible to have group chats? Where you can DM more than one person at the same time? I’m not finding a way to do this in the free version.
Also, your chat thingy on your site seems to be broken – no response for several days!

At the moment, the plugin does not support the private messages with another user that you mentioned here. However, I think this is a good idea. We will discuss about it.
