A person wants to as a question or answer one. Has that person to register on Wordpress to do that?

Can that person register on the website or facebook and not to wordpress? Thank you very much!!!

This is set in the permission tab of the plugin under settings

What a pity… I just cant use this plugin because most part of the users don’t have wordpress account. Thank you very much Mike!
