Ask A Question and Submit and Answer buttons issues

Hello,
I purchased and activated the Pro Version for my site (gidankarato.com). I have difficulties doing three things:

I need the Ask A Question button at the top not at the bottom of the fields
Answer button not showing, I need it to show,
I need all the questions and answers given to show.

I need these things cuz my audience are not tech savvy and would like to keep it as simple as possible. Pls help.

1/ You can create the dwqa-templates and go to the wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/templates/styles/default then copy/paste the archhive-question.php into the dwqa-templates folder
then replace the following code to the file:
http://snippi.com/s/gyobihj
2/ Please send me your site url, I can not access your site.
