george489I am using the Houzez theme which allows users to register and set up profiles. How come the DWQA plugin is not showing the users’ avatar when they are logged in?

DominicPlease send me username & password of your site for further checking.
I have checked your site and see that all the site is working fine. To show the avatar in the theme and Q&A, you need to use the gravatar then upload the avatar image to your email account and use this email to register the account.
If you don’t want to use the gravatar, you can install the following plugin to allow upload avatar image: WP User Avatar
