Boxes on RH side in Minion

I’ve used this code inside a text widget place in the secondary sidebar:

Replace http://mydomain.com with the link to where the ad want to lead and this http://mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/ad-2.gif is the path to the ad.
