DominicAt the momment, the plugin does not support to can post Question or Answer or reply via Email as you mentioned.
Just possible use the email to add question, answer when you are anonymous user.

DominicI don’t know what do you mean. However, If you want to use the email to add the question on the DW Q&A, the plugin does not support to do it. I have also answered this question in the previous answer.
