Cant open downloaded zip files. Errors out saying not valid zip files

Hi,
I purchased DW-Simplex theme few minutes ago and I’m not able to open the zip file I downloaded. Both winzip/Winrar keep saying not valid zip files or corrupted. I tried downloading many times. Its about 17.7MB for quickstart and about 900kb for the other zip file.
