I have the Pro version, but when I enable the captcha setting in the backoffice, it is not working.
Captcha is not correct, see attachement.

By then he hasn’t realized that you’re talking about the custom section on the single product page. Now he knows what’s your trouble is. But he couldn’t log in to the admin page. Is it because you removed this account? Could you please kindly provide the login credentials again?
