Change position of "Ask Question" Button

Hi,
I would like to change the position of ” Ask Question” button from bottom to Right (like Designwall). I would also like to add color to this button. Could you please help me out with this.

If you want to create an ask question button look like our site, you can log into Dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Add the Text widget to your sidebar theme and add the following code to the Text widget.

Hi,

I tried adding this to the text widget.
1. I see “Ask a Question” button on all the pages. Mine is a blog and I want to add a forum to it. I want to see this button only on the Forum Page.
2. If I click this button it’s say ” Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”
I want it to redirect to the DWQA Ask Questions Page if we click “Ask a Question” Button.
3. I also want the old “Ask Question” button which is under the text box to disappear.

Could you please help me out with this.
