Change the text (from answer into question) in the login form.

When a user is not logged in and when he clicks the Ask a Question link of (Q and A plugin), he will be redirected to the login form.

The login form says “Please login or Register to Submit your answer“.

It’s not correct to use the term “answer” in that statement. It should use the term “question” because the user wants to ask question.

How can I change the term “answer” into “question”:
