Comments section is missing

I accidentally removed the comments section of my blog in my attempt to centralize all comments using Facebook. I wanted to return it but I can’t find the way to do it. Can somebody please help me?

Firstly, you can log in to Dashboard > Posts > scroll down > in the “Discussion” frame, please select the checkbox.

Hi Dominic. I apologize for replying just now. I think messed up something (css? php?) where the codes about comments on posts are located. I tried doing what you said but the comments still do not appear.

To resolve this issue. Please log in to Dashboard > Settings > General > Membership then disable Anyone can register.See the Screenshot:
