Hello! Somehow I lost all of the coding in the “get in touch” or “contact” page section. Is it possible to send that over?

Possibly you can copy the file from you template backup?

Its simple. You could always download the plugin and re-do it.
Backing your site up every time after a big edit will be useful in the future for you.
