The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.

I had the same problem. Turns out, they hid the real .zip file inside the .zip file you initially download. Extract the .zip file into a folder on your computer. Inside the folder of extracted files, you’ll find another .zip file. This is the one you upload to WP.

Please unzip the downloaded package. Then look for Quickstart folder, and use this folder to install the theme.

Also, you can create the database in the PHP MyAdmin.
