HI … I’m using WooCommerce on my site that has been built with the DIVI theme. I am selling digital goods only.

Set up went fairly well, but the snag came at the worst possible time.
A customer can place their order, and checkout just fine. I am only offering PayPal as a pay option, and that seems to be OK. HOWEVER, the customer, after paying, gets a payment acknowledgement email from PayPal, but not from ME … the one that should have the customer’s download link in it.

The order just seems to hang for some reason. When I look at it in the Orders section of WooCommerce, its status is “processing”, and never seems to release.
Fortunately at the moment I don’t really have any traffic. Otherwise, this could get ugly in a hurry. Can you offer any suggestions here?

At the moment, we only can support the issue from our products. About your issue, you should contact with the author of your theme theme to get the best solutions.
