Dashboard publish question missing <p> tags

Hello,
When I view questions in the Dashboard, they are displayed (in the “text” editor) without <p> tags.
This is a problem because then if I publish from the dashboard, they are entered into the database without <p> tags.
How can I fix this (have the questions in the Dashboard display with <p> tags)?

Sorry, this was my fault.
I set the default editor to the visual editor and this was what was causing the issue.
