Disqus anchor links do not work

My issue is that Disqus anchor links are not working.
I’ve narrowed the problem down to the DW Focus theme. I did a clean install of WordPress, and DW Focus 1.0.9 (current latest version) and have no other plugins installed but Disqus.

Pure Klasse: Diamond Atelier’s BMW R80

When I switch back and forth between WP’s default theme and DW Focus, the anchor links work with the default theme and then do not work when I switch to DW Focus.
Can you help figure this out?
