DW-Events cannot install demo content

I downloaded and installed DW-Events theme for my wordpress,
but <theme-name> menu did not be shown in admin menu.
How can in install demo content or setup theme manually?
I cannot look up DW-Events manual also.

Please send me username & Password of your site, I will help you install the theme and get all the content look like our demo.

Was there a solution to this – we have had the same problem and have received no response from Design Wall?
