Is there a .po file when i buy it?

PS: Are this theme SEO optimized?

Our theme does not have the language file.
About the SEO part, can you tell me which part of SEO optimization that you want to have? Our theme is SEO friendly and you can optimize the code for SEO, even include the rich snippet.
