I have installed your plugin but when in the admin dashboard > DW Halloween > add new > it isn’t as in your examples or screen shots and I cannot add new images as it says I do not have sufficient privileges. I can only guess its perhaps the folder containing these images is not set with correct privileges.
I installed using wordpress add new PLUGINS in wordpress admin. can you offer any advise or tips to how I can make this work.

At the moment, our plugin is not fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress. We no longer update and develop this plugin. About this issue, you can override the image in the \wp-content\plugins\dw-halloween\assets\img folder.
