DW Promo Bar Displaying incorrectly…..

Hi Guys,
Dw Promo bar is displaying strangely in both chrome and firefox. I Have the bar set to appear at the top of the page with a countdown clock, simple enough…
However the bar is now displaying as left aligned text in the footer in both chrome and firefox?

Any ideas?

I have checked your site and I think it’s some conflict between the plugin. Please help me disable all the plugin to check this issue. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
