DW Q&A - Categories | DesignWall

Hi I already purchased the DW Q&A Pro (CodeCanyon) – But there are a few things I am missing.
1) I would want to be able to assign more then one category or at least more then one level of categories.
2) I would like to be able to have a question submit form where the category is preselected and can’t be changed.

1/ At the moment, the plugin does not support to show the categories as you want.
2/ Please let me know detail about this question.
