Here is an image of the screen when pressing “ask a question” the dot just pulsates and form does not come up. Its the latest version of wordpress and bridge theme. See https://imgur.com/a/ySsKgRP

We are using your free plugin version from WordPress.org to test if it works.
The email was sent via Codecanyon which goes directly to your email 2 days ago so its from Envato/Codecanyon.

I have checked this issue on our localhost and see that the page does not work with the Page Transition option of Bridge theme. In this case, you should disable this option in the ask question page.
We will check and update this issue in the next version of the plugin.
