Hello,
Thanks for your plugin which is a good one 😉 I have 4 questions :

  1. Is it possible to know how to add email notification to anonymous user on the last 1.1.0 version ? (i have the 1.0.3 version wich works, but i can’t update if the system don’t send notification to anonymous user, i didn’t use logged user).
  2. Is it possible to know where we can find all these email adress ? which tables, files … ? I want to ask to a dev to add a custom option to find it. (If you offer custom development services, I’m interested).
  3. On my configuration (1.0.3), it takes about 3 to 4mn to open the admin page “Question”. When we try to open a page or scroll the website with SEO tools, it says that all that kind of pages is very long time to open. Has this problem of slowness been resolved with version 1.1.0 ? I find that even on your support, pages take a long time to open.
  4. Do you have a documentation to update DWQA Pro (version 1.0.3 to 1.1.0 ?

1/ Yes, the plugin does not support to send the notification email to the anonymous user in the latest version. Just supported the user logged to asks the questions. We are checking to improve this issue and will update it in the next version.
2/ At the moment, you can find the email of the user registered in the Dashboard > Users and search username. The plugin does not support to find the email of the anonymous user. We are checking to update this feature in the next version. I hope you can wait for the next version with a good feature. 
3/ I think you should update to the latest version 1.1.0. We still check to improve the plugin. If you have any issue or suggest the idea about the feature, we will check and discuss about it.
4/ If you want to update the latest version, you can delete the older version and install the latest version. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site I will help you resolve this issue.

Thank you for your answers.
1) In this case, I can not update immediately because I have no user logged, only anonymous. If my users can not receive notification, they will not be able to answer, or even see that someone has responded.
2) Can you tell me which file or table can be found anonymous emails (in version 1.0.3, which works well for anonymous notifications). Our developers will create a tool to retrieve them, but I will need to know where they are stored.
3) Have you planned to work on the speed of your plugin which is very slow ? (I’m talking about loading pages, there’s a real problem on this side).

1/ Yes, I know what you want. This feature won’t work in the latest version.
We are checking to updating this issue in the next version.
2/ At the moment, we have customized many sections, so I can not suggest you the files to custom this issue.
3/ We have updated this issue in the latest version 1.1.0
