E-mail notifications does'n work

Hi, i’v installed this app, i’v set up the notification settings, general settings, and all that is needet for this app to work, but i can make the notification e-mails to work.
In the Email setup, i have to specify only the email?

I have checked on our demo, it’s work fine, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.
