Emails settings issue

hello i am having confusion like how to send notifications to my users that there question as been answered or y0u have a new comment plz tell me step by step

At the moment, you can go to the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Notification then enable the options.
Please active SMTP in your theme or system/server to allow send the email.
