Embed question not showing in menu

I just installed Embed question but did not see the Embed question in menu item, did I miss anything after installation?

@Daryl Wong : hi, we’ve updated this plug in to new version that compatible with DW Q&A 1.3.8, you can update the plugin or re-download it at : https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/dw-question-answer-embed-question

If you don’t see the auto update plug-in in your dash board, you can go to : Dashboard -> updates -> Check Again.
