Excerpt lenght on homepage Focus 1.3.0.

Hi,

I have Focus 1.3.0 on a WP 4.5.x
I want to change the excerpt’s lenght on homepage reducing it to about ten words. I found this answer in this forum (https://www.designwall.com/question/change-excerpt-size-on-homepage/):

“Open the widgets.php file, line 119.
Replace the following code:

With new code:

”

but I can’t find that widgets.php file. Please let me know where I should look for it.

My answer for the old version of DW Fcus, If you are use the latest version, you can go to the

\wp-content\themes\dw-focus\inc\widgets to open the files of the widget that you want to change.

Let me know, If you still face their issue.
