Focus Theme Customization Settings Disappear

Whenever I add anything to the header script in the theme’s general settings, all the other settings disappear and change back to default including the logo and all the social link settings.

Actually, whenever I change ANYTHING in the WordPress General Settings, all the Theme’s customization settings disappear and go back to default.
