Formatting text. Does not work

If a user creates a discussion using the formatting text once sent the text sent appears without any formatting, why?
Everything is displayed in a single paragraph without: italic, bold, etc. etc.

I have checked on our demo and saw that it’s bug come from our plugin. I sent and notified our technical team about this issue. We will check and fix it. We will release it as soon as possible.
