Help! Filter not working, 404 pages

Hello everyone
when you filter the question in the archive I always get a 404 error.
Sorting is working fine, is this a known problem?

Please go to the Dashboard > Settings > Permalink then click save button and check this issue. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
