Home Page strance chars.. (Urgent Help)

Hello,

I am getting some strange chars on my homepage. Some computers showing my site properly but some others showing those strange chars. I am loosing my mind, please urgent help to me. I think this is about the char problem like UTF8 or something but i dont klnow how to fix this..

Can you send me a Screenshot for further checking. I have checked your site on my PC. However I could not find the bug you mentioned.
