How can I change the dimensions of images on the home page to Rectangles instead of Squares

I’m currently working on the website eleep-mosaic.org. Essentially, people will click on the pictures of the students who will then give a videotaped talk. Since we’re using headshots our photographer captured, it would be great to have the full 300 x 450 images rather than the 300 x 300 images that cut things off. How would we be able to change the settings (We set up FTP access) within the site to allow this?

Hi,
Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t support image 300x450px in size yet as you want. All of boxes in the theme are now designed as squares which have 300x300px in size. That’s not easy to do that.
