How can I change the menu and category titles

Im trying to change the menu titles and subtitles and also the categories at the footer but it doesnt change or it erases the changes ive done

Hello Ricardo Solis !

To change the menu titles and subtitles, you can log in to Dashboard > Menus > Main menu and change the Navigation Label.

To change the categories at the footer. Firstly, Log in to Dashboard > Menus.

Next, log in to Dashboard > Appearance > Widget. in the Footer Sidebar 1 to Footer Sidebar 4. Use widget custom menu to display the categories at the footer
