How do I edit the ipsum lorem/images on the front page?

I navigated to (page-templates/home.php) and I tried to edit the blocks but couldn’t.

Where else can I go to edit the front page content

I have checked on our demo and tried to edit the blocks on our homepage. Please send me username & password of your site for further checking, I will check and help you resolve it.
