How do I edit the register page

How do I edit the register page? I can’t find the template or how to edit the text so it doesn’t say:
Registering for this site is easy. Just fill in the fields below, and we’ll get a new account set up for you in no time.
And remove all of the side bar info – like Meta, Achrive, etc.
