How to build my website like the DW-helpdesk demo site?

Hi buddy,
I just bought the helpdesk theme and would like to build a knowledge-based QA website, however, even I’ve tried, I can not build a webpage that looks like the demo site at http://demo.designwall.com/dw-helpdesk/
My site (https://www.qiongding.com/) is still showing me the blog posts on the homepage. How t build a homepage just like the demo one? Is there a tool that I can import the demo data?

Please send me username & password of your site for further checking, I will help you import the content and configure the theme look like our demo.
