how to display categories and leader board like on designwall.com/question

I am using Elementor template for the forum without sidebar, how can I get Categories, Leaderboard, Topic Tags to display on the sidebar so that I can display to the users.
like your sidebar on this forum.

You can create the page template to custom for the list question and ask question. To create a sidebar position, you can go to the following link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_sidebar
if you want to custom the single page, you can create single-dwqa-question.php file in your theme folder then copy the code in your single.php file and paste into the single dwqa file to custom the layout.

Thanks for the reply, this method seems to be more developer oriented. Is there shortcode which displays all the categories and its count.

You can use the DWQA Categories/tags widget of the DW Q&A plugin.
Please go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets.
