How to download a picture for the DW Timeline: About?

Hello,
I want to add a picture, already downloaded in my media part of the site, directly for the “about” part of my site and not an avatar. I am trying to copy the permalink http://www.surplaceetaemporter.fr/?attachment_id=219 directly in the widget, it doesn’t work.
is that possible?

Hello, I would like to download a picture for the avatar of the “about” part of our website. I don’t have any facebook page, or website. I would like to put a picture which is already downloaded in the “media” part of our web site. How does it work?
