How to make the Q&A pro plugin only be usable my members

If you want to let members of the site to only have access to post a question, you can configure the user role permission in the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permissions tab.

Thanks for the reply, as though that I got to see another incite I noticed the plugin needs, and that would be social accounts.
The ability to sign through API, e.g., google

I also got to realize that that the DW-GDPR -profile plugin did not have the style effect which is like how the ask question login template looked as seen in the presented links 
could you assist me in the way of customizing a child theme style effect that uses the ask question login properties
